Olaqin is a software publisher dedicated to e-health. Its mission is to secure the income of healthcare professionals. The solution facilitates administrative procedures for self-employed practitioners, pharmacists and healthcare establishments, thereby combating health insurance fraud.
They called on Make the Grade to redesign both their Olaqin website and their Affid subsidiary.
The Olaqin teams wanted to improve the technical SEO of their site while improving its design. They also needed additional modules enabling them to insert specific content.
They had two constraints. Firstly, Olaqin's graphic charter had been overhauled, so they needed to base their design on this new charter. Secondly, they wanted to have similar modules for Affid and Olaqin, while having two different styles for each brand.

Our UX designer after a meticulous benchmark came to the conclusion that the Olaqin site must reflect an image of high standards, security, support and trust. The site had to be reassuring and easy to use. With the teams' agreement, we therefore set out with the idea of prioritizing clarity, readability and intuitive navigation, while proposing an aesthetic design to reflect a professional and reliable image.
.Each module has been designed to adapt to the two graphic universes of Olaqin and Affid. The style is therefore uncluttered so as not to complicate the use of these two styles and to convey an image of simplicity and confidence.

Contrary to the previous version, more text spaces have been provided to have room to clarify the message of these two players.
New modules have been added for the user experience such as the personas module, which allows visitors to be directed to pages specifically dedicated to them in order to increase conversions. There's also the interactive solution module, which enables clear redirection to the various offers.
