LINC Project is an IT service company. It provides businesses with peace of mind by expertly managing and protecting their IT infrastructure. These services include monitoring, maintenance, and support for all IT systems, as well as protection against cyberattacks.
They enlisted Make the Grade for the redesign of their website.
They faced several challenges. The first was related to their highly competitive industry; they needed to stand out and successfully clarify their message. The second was a conversion issue, as their current site struggled to convert due to a lack of UX, clear structure, and the absence of Calls-to-Action and conversion pages. Finally, they desired a more modern design, effective SEO, a completely revamped site structure, and the highlighting of new content.

With the aim of standing out from the competition and making it easier to understand the different services offered by Linc Project, we redesigned the graphic charter. We have sought to emphasize both technology and people in this new charter.
For the choice of colors, we opted for a gradient background and bright colors to stay in the technological universe.
Each service now has a distinct color and dedicated illustration, enabling quick understanding and intuitive navigation. The dedicated illustrations have been worked on to associate software and human.
With regard to the site's structure, we provided personalized advice based on target personas, improving the user experience. We also revisited the blog, making it more attractive and aligned with the new brand identity.
Work on SEO was a major priority to maximize LINC Project's online visibility. We carried out a semantic and competitive audit to determine which keywords to work on. We then optimized the site's content, ensuring greater relevance for search engines and thus attracting qualified traffic.
One of the challenges we faced was making the rather complex pricing model accessible to everyone. To solve this problem, we integrated an interactive price calculator on the site, offering visitors a clear and transparent understanding of the costs associated with LINC Project's services.
The LINC Project's pricing model was designed to be easy to understand, and to make it accessible to everyone.
With conversion in mind, we also integrated a Call-to-Action (CTA) block, featuring a counter highlighting the gains generated by using their solutions.
