Introduction to the software and who is HubSpot aimed at?

Before talking price, we need to know who HubSpot is designed for and how its product suite is organized.

HubSpot is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps B2B and B2C companies drive marketing acquisition, increase sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

HubSpot is used by a wide range of industries with sales and customer service challenges, including SaaS software, manufacturing, education, services and real estate.

The company's suite of tools is equally suited to the needs of VSEs, growing SMEs and large corporations.

Although HubSpot is renowned for its simple, easy-to-use software, its pricing plans remain a mystery to many. Why is this? With 4 price plans for its 5 Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Services, Content and Operations), the software offers some twenty stand-alone packages.

Our mission is to help you equip your business with the right level of HubSpot functionality.

Understanding the combination of tools around HubSpot CRM

HubSpot's software architecture is built around its Smart CRM, which positions itself as the company's central organ. It centralizes the information linked to your contacts, i.e. the physical people with whom your organization interacts on a daily basis. And let's not forget the companies, i.e. the legal entities you deliver your products and services to.

Around this customer relationship management tool, we find a whole range of products that meet the development challenges of companies:

Professional Services;Ongoing customer support;Over 1,000 integrations;
Content Hub

Attract personas to web content.

Marketing Hub

Convert them into qualified contacts and educate them.

Sales Hub

Turn them into customers and increase revenues.

Services Hub

Turn them into ambassadors for your products and services.

Operations Hub

Guarantee data quality at every stage of the lifecycle.

Important: HubSpot is not a collection of external CRM applications. Each Hub is an integral part of the software and fits perfectly with the others. Its products are individually powerful, but it's when used in synergy that they reach their full potential.

Details of HubSpot CRM packages and prices
