The minimum commitment is 1 year with tacit renewal. It is possible to commit to 2 or 3 years from the outset, depending on your strategy.
Any request to upgrade or remove a Hub can be made when you renew your annual subscription.
For each Hub or for the HubSpot bundle, there are 3 levels of functionality: Starter, then Pro and finally Enterprise. The higher up the hierarchy you go, the more powerful features you unlock. For example, access to marketing automation is activated from Marketing Hub Pro and is not available in Marketing Hub Starter. Each higher hub level contains 100% of the functionality of the lower hubs. The Marketing Hub Enterprise, for example, contains marketing automation directly.
Licenses are renewed annually by tacit agreement.
In HubSpot, a marketing contact is a lead you want to work on with nurturing actions. Through email campaigns, workflows, etc. Only these contacts are counted in the Marketing Hub price. For each contact, you are free to indicate whether it is marketing or non-marketing. This is a declarative action that can be carried out manually or massively with contact lists.
By adding a user license to your Sales Hub or Service Hub account, you can assign a user directly. Your account will be billed on a pro rata basis at the next billing date.
You can delete paid seats from your Sales Hub or Service Hub account at any time from the "Account and billing" page of your portal. Once deleted, your billing will be adjusted with your next payment.
